Refund Eligibility
Once the application has been processed and documents submitted to the official government portal, no cancellation or refund will be possible. If you cancel your request before document submission, a partial refund may be provided after deducting service charges. If payment is deducted but service is not initiated due to technical error, a full refund will be issued within 1-3 business days. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method only.
How to Request a Refund

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Service
Certain service, such as Gov. Fees, Processing Fees are not eligible for refunds.
